Attorney General's Office has yet to run a two-stage execution on death row. The reason, of ten people who are rumored to be executed, there was one person who filed reconsideration.
"We view the new nine death row inmate who has been transferred to
reclaiming. While Mary Jane could not be moved because it is
implementing a PK session," said Head of Information Law Attorney
General Tony T Spontana at the AGO, Friday (06/03/2015).
Mary
Jane Fiesta Veloso is a Filipino citizen who was arrested in Adi
Sucipto Airport, Yogyakarta on 25 April 2010 due to smuggle 2.6
kilograms of heroin. He
was found guilty by the District Court Sleman Yogyakarta on 11 October
2010. Tony added, memory PK filed by Mary Jane today has been sent to
the Supreme Court. AGO will coordinate with the Supreme Court decision to escort the PK.
"We will be coordinating we will escort the decision as to what order the attorney general to take a stand," he said.
Previously,
Sleman District Court judgment on the verdict Mary Jane has been
reinforced by the decision of the High Court appeal Yogyakarta on
December 23, 2010 and the decision of the Supreme Court on May 31, 2011.
